Rebecca Reynolds is an ancestor of Catherine Chandler from the 1800's. Her journal provided Catherine insight into beasts, and Rebecca's life surrounding them.
History[]
In 1836, Rebecca assisted Scotland Yard in London when a murder occurred that was linked to a gem connected to beasts.
Sometime between 1836-1854 she came to New York.
She was engaged to Liam Cullen, but later fell in love with Alistair. She broke off her engagement to Liam, and became engaged to Alistair. Unable to handle Rebecca's rejection, Liam committed a string of murders around New York, and framed Alistair, intent on ruining them. Though Alistair wanted to go after Liam on his own, Rebecca asked him not to. Alistair still went after him, but Liam managed to defeat him. Rebecca locked Alistair in an underground dungeon, and used the gem to make sure he couldn't escape. This was a fatal mistake, as the townspeople found Alistair and, believing he was the murderer, sentenced him to death. Rebecca found out what happened too late, and was not able to save Alistair when he was burned at the stake and killed. Soon after Alistair's death, Rebecca was kidnapped and murdered by Liam.
